Baldo's Mexican Restaurant

Great food, great staff, and nice location. Being right off the highway, it is a good location to be at. The drive thru is open and looks good for a makeshift adaption with what's going on with this beer disease. No in all reality it's serious and all, and this place take precaution to make sure everything is as it should.

Food was delicious. We had the tacos and cheeseburger. Authentic food. Our waitress was very kind and even though they were packed at dinner time they still kept everything flowing. She was very patient and nice. This was our second choice as our first choice was closed this weekend.

Everything we had was super tasty! Not having to wait in line was cool, and the prices were decent - honestly, we would have paid more! The wait staff was incredibly friendly. The restaurant itself was superbly clean. What a great visit - except for the hotel. Hop over and read about the Best Western and inform yourself! Beware.

The food was delicious! We had the Diablo chicken burrito and Pozole. The chips and salsa are yummy. Our waiter Carlos was excellent. We are excited to go back and try more of the items on the menu.

We were hesitant to try another Mexican restaurant because the night before we went there we had real bad experience terrible terrible customer service at a Mexican restaurant in South fork Colorado. We are so glad that we decided to give it a try and this place was amazing we will definitely come back we had the steak fajita for two that wasn't itself and it was outstanding. The customer service was over the top. We will definitely drive the 30 miles again to get here

Always a delight to come and eat here! The employees are highly respectful and attentive. Food is great and a welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend!

WOW,,,,, I was quickly greeted by a very nice young man and I ordered breakfast burritos for my wife and I. The young man described the burritos and I had Chorizo and the wife had sausage and then we were asked if we wanted it smothered in red or green chili. Of course both of us had green chili smothered on our burritos and of course both were excellent. The good food and the hard to find today hospitality of the young man are sure winners and we will be back again when in the area. If you are in monte Vista then you have to stop in at Baldo's.

Pretty delicious! All you can eat taco (Mexican) bar! Lots to choose from so if you leave hungry it’s your own fault. Waiter was keeping up on refills, didn’t even slurp the bottom of the glass. Staff was friendly & the restaurant was picked up pretty good. Definitely is a good place & it’s worth a stop to check out if you’re passing through.
